A few months back I wrote about my life chapters converging in L.A. The experience was so unexpected that I knew the universe was preparing me for something huge. Well, I've got an update for you. And it's not what I expected. After that profound experience—all those synchronicities, all those pieces of my past showing up at once—I came home practically bursting with anticipation. I was completely ready for my big transformation! I was prepared to embrace whatever massive shift was heading my way.

There are moments in everyone's lives when they realize they're not the same person they were a year ago. Or even six months ago.Sometimes, those thoughts go unnoticed; they flow in and then flow right back out. But I can recall certain points in my life where a thought about my change and growth really became integrated. One of those was a few years ago when I was meeting with my previous business coach.

A few months ago, I went to LA to say goodbye to a friend who was moving back to the UK. Simple, right? Just a quick trip to see an old friend off. But life had other plans. What unfolded over five days left me feeling like I was living one of those "my life flashed before my eyes" moments. Except, I was fully conscious, walking around in the beautiful LA weather, and experiencing something I'd never felt before.

Then, after an hour of breath and dance and just giving themselves permission to let the energy flow in whatever way feels right, they get this look. It’s a look of surprise, wonder, and sometimes even shock because their bodies are finally waking up to their natural states: aliveness.
